Full Service Coordination - Design and Execution of a Dream $4000
You may have a dream of your Wedding Day but need a designer, planner and coordinator to pull it all together.
With the Full Service Package, we work WITH YOU to design, plan, organize, and carry out a personalized, professionally developed plan.
OVERVIEW: The Full Service Coordination Package includes:
· 2 hour Pre-Planning Session
· 1 hour Site Visit
· Reasonable Access to Coordinator(s) via email and phone
· Coordination Questionnaire and completion assistance
· Complimentary Year Long Task List for your use
· Budgeting Assistance
· Planning/Designing/Logistical Considerations
· Approximately 5 hours behind the scenes Planning/Designing Time
· 1 hour Rehearsal at Your Venue
· 12 hours on Wedding Day (noon– midnight)
DETAILS OF THE FULL SERVICE COORDINATION PACKAGE:
· The Pre-Planning Session. We sit down with you, in person or by phone and email, to understand your vision and prepare logistically, assuring important details are considered, making a smooth wedding day.
· Site Visit. We visit the venue with you to work out any design or logistical recommendations based on an overall desired result.
· Access to Coordinator (s). You will have reasonable access to your Coordinator(s) via email and telephone during the planning process to answer questions and keep you on task. Responsiveness is key on both parts.
· The Coordination Questionnaire: We will send you our personalized and detailed Coordination Questionnaire which is a fill-in-the-box style document covering your preferences, vendor contact details and arrival times, a Day of Timeline, and tics off many details which might otherwise be missed. We will gather as much information as we can, plug it into the Questionnaire and then email it to you for completion. You will email it back to us and we will use this document as our marching orders and timeline for the day.
· The Year Long Task List. We will send to you our detailed “What to Do Timeline” for the months leading up to Wedding Day. This helpful tool is for your use to keep you on task and alert you of things you might not have thought of.
· Budgeting. We create a wedding budget based on your preferences. We help keep track of payments (who/what/when/where).

· Pre-Planning:
Assisting with vendor referrals and help in choosing those vendors based on your tastes and desires, and our knowledge of the industry. Assistance in acquiring those vendors.
Vendor recommendations (florist, photographer, cater, bakery, linens, officiant and other rentals and entertainment.)
Meeting with caterer onsite.
Review of vendor contracts – preferably BEFORE you sign them!
· The Rehearsal. Direction of rehearsal at your venue before the wedding. (1 hour)
· Wedding Day. Coordinator(s) onsite at the venue of your choice from 12pm – midnight (12 hours)
· Oversee table and chair setup per diagrams provided by venue.
· Oversee and coordinate with vendors onsite on day of (caterers, bartenders, band, DJ, photographers, videographers, bakers, valet, officiant and others).
· Attend to the personal needs of bride and bridal party.
· Assure the comfort and safety of the guests to the best of our ability.
· Assure tabletops, chairs and décor are set to the bride's satisfaction.
· Assure programs, favors, special items are placed and returned to bride, as appropriate.
· Assure boutonnieres, corsages, etc. are properly pinned.
· Oversee Ceremony and Reception site setup.
· Direction of Ceremony and Reception – from lining everyone up, to fluffing bride’s dress, to queuing first dance and ushering the exit.
· Bridal emergency kit to address most minor bridal issues that may arise.
· Other Details:
Is the photographer getting that shot?
Ushering that crying baby from the ceremony.
Is the flow of the reception going smoothly?
How is your liquor tab progressing?
Handling all those questions from vendors and well-meaning family.
Full Service Coordination does not include:
· Additional hours past midnight - Add on at $100/hr.
· Loading/Unloading Labor - Starting at $500.00
· Labor for Setup of Tables/Chairs - Starting at $1,000.00
· Bussing or Cleanup Labor - Starting at $500.00
· Invitation Addressing: Starting at $250.00
